Your local Sole Experience is hiring Located on Whyte Ave. We are a family run business looking to add a member to our team. We are a comfort shoe store helping clients find the best fitting shoes for their feet.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the store manager in maintaining inventory levels and budgeting.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the manager.
- Engage customers through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
- Assist customers by helping them select products and directing them to the appropriate sections.
- Manage financial transactions, including processing payments and handling cash.
- Document sales and update customer profiles.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Alert management to potential security issues.
- Keep clientele informed about preferred customer sales and upcoming merchandise.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to meet sales goals.
- Dependable with a high energy level and strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle financial transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
