**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with payroll processing and employee scheduling
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and data entry

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Sales experience is a plus
