**The Role: Assistant Manager**

As an Assistant Manager, you will directly contribute to the success of a multi-million-dollar restaurant. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, ensuring excellence in product quality, guest experience, and operational standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the General Manager and management team to deliver on financial goals, people development, and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated restaurant team
- Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier food and hospitality standards
- Support the General Manager in executing strategic business and operational goals
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Uphold brand standards in service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members

**Training**

All selected Assistant Managers will complete comprehensive training at California Pizza Kitchen Windermere (Edmonton) before transitioning to the new South Edmonton location.

Pay: $42,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
