**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and confections with attention to detail and presentation
- Decorate cakes and pastries using cake decorating techniques to ensure visual appeal
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks following safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and baking tools
- Ensure all products meet food safety standards and quality specifications
- Support catering events or special orders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pastry making, baking, or culinary arts, preferably within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Strong cake decorating skills and proficiency in food presentation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, mixers, ovens, and other baking tools
