**Inventory Coordinator (F/T)**

Assist with inventory and procurement activities. Help maintain warehouse supply inventory levels required for company operation, oversee goods purchased and process inventory transactions in our ERP System (SAP ECC 6.0). This is an entry to intermediate-level position.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Inter-Warehouse Stock Transfers for review, creation, and receiving into destination warehouse
- Stock location moves within SAP
- Creating New Vendor Purchase Orders in SAP
- Receiving Vendor PO paperwork for processing and verifying pricing/terms
- Providing Factory & Vendor delivery updates to our sales teams.

What skills are required?
- 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative, Customer Service and/or Procurement environment and/or a post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail and communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products; including an intermediate skill level in MS Excel & Outlook.
- Proficiency working with ERP systems, with SAP experience an asset.

You will report to the Process, Inventory and Reporting Manager in our Cambridge, Ontario location.

This is an in-person role.
