Customer Service Representative

Our Canadian head office is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our customers rely on our expertise and commitment to both advise them and provide high level of service to help them meet their goals.
We are currently seeking one, experienced Customer Service Representative’s.
- Have a high school diploma or more
- Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be outgoing with a pleasant professional manner, self-motivated and team oriented.
- Must be proficient in SAP
We are looking for a strong communicator both internally and with customers so previous CSR and direct client contact experience is essential. SAP knowledge would be very beneficial as would experience in receivables and collections.
All necessary training will be provided.
This is a very busy multi-task position and requires a very organized person who likes a challenge.
