***Position Summary**:
**Potawatomi Training, LLC** (a federal government contractor) seeks qualified personnel to provide editor and graphic arts support to the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD), Fort Sill, OK, for development of **Programs of Instruction (POI)** for **Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW)** and **Mid-Range Capability Weapon (MRC)** training for Field Artillery Officers (13A), Targeting Officers (131A), Fire Control Specialists (13J), and MLRS crewmembers (13M).
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide editor and graphic arts support towards training development products.
- Draft artwork or photos prepared in the following formats:.ai,.psd,.eps,.pdf,.jpg,.png,.tif,.gif, and.bmp. Line art produced/redrawn in Adobe Illustrator. Photos in black-and-white digital photos.
- Travel to Fort Sill Oklahoma on a quarterly basis to review product progress.
***Experience & Clearance Requirements**:
- Recent (within the past five years) experience in field artillery operations and weapons, target acquisition sensors, operations, and employment to support development of the associated courseware
- a plus.
- Recent experience (within the past five years) in Army training development and possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to write, review and edit **Training Development Capability (TDC)** compliant courseware - a plus
- ** Possess a Secret clearance.**
***Minimum Qualifications**:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree with courses in adult education. Preferred degree in English or graphic arts.
- Preferred graduate of the
- TRADOC Common Faculty Development - Developer’s Course,
- TRADOC Common Faculty Development -Instructors Course, and
- TDC User Training Course
- Familiar and knowledgeable with the current Task Organization (TO) and Table of Equipment (TE) of the Army Long Range Fires Battalion, LRHW Battery and MRC Battery and associated doctrine preferred.
