We’re growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated expert to take full ownership of our EDI and ASN operations — especially for our high-profile retail accounts with Canadian Tire and Walmart Canada.

**Position Overview**:
This is not a junior or training role — we’re looking for someone who can step in, take full ownership, troubleshoot independently, and help us drive efficiency and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end ASN processing for Canadian Tire and Walmart Canada, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time submission.
- Work directly within **Microsoft Dynamics 365** to coordinate data flow between ERP, warehouse operations, and customer-facing documents.
- Monitor and troubleshoot all inbound/outbound EDI transactions; resolve mapping, formatting, and connectivity issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with each retailer’s vendor guidelines and shipping protocols.
- Liaise with internal IT and external service providers to maintain EDI infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for EDI/ASN procedures and retailer-specific requirements.
- Generate performance reports and KPIs related to ASN timeliness and compliance; suggest improvements where necessary.
- Act as a key point of contact for our retail partners' logistics and IT compliance teams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with **EDI and ASN processing**, specifically with **Canadian Tire and Walmart Canada**.
- Proven experience shipping to both DCs and stores for these retailers.
- Deep understanding of **retail compliance**, including routing guides, labeling, and document requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of **ERP systems** (ideally **Microsoft Dynamics 365**).
- Solid troubleshooting skills — both technical (IT/EDI) and operational (logistics/order flow).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience generating and interpreting compliance or ASN performance reports.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with EDI translators and mapping tools (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, OpenText, etc.).
- Experience working in a **3PL environment**.
- Basic scripting or technical skills (FTP, XML/EDI file structures, etc.) are a plus.
