YOUR ROLE:
As the Research & Proposal Coordinator, you will be instrumental in researching market trends, providing data-driven insights, and preparing comprehensive market reports. Using word processing and graphic design software, you will create visually engaging presentations and proposal materials. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and business teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven reports while ensuring timely completion of all assignments, aligned with company standards and objectives. This position offers a critical contribution to our business with a clear path to future growth opportunities.

REPORTS TO: Director, Business Development and Preconstruction

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Independently conducts thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, providing valuable data and reports.
- Utilize multiple search engines proficiently.
- Analyze research findings to develop insightful reports that inform proposal strategies and development decision-making.
- Create and design proposals and marketing materials, ensuring the quality and compliance of final documents.
- Create accurate and high-quality documents in line with company standards even under tight deadlines.
- Proficiently use graphic design software and publishing tools to create engaging, error-free marketing content.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support their implementation to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to management, operations, and support staff about the proposal process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in research, proposal coordination, business development, or a related field in construction industry.
- Strong research abilities to identify, analyze, and present market reports is mandatory.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
- Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing and publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative thinking with the capability to design visually engaging marketing materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure, and with changing timelines.
- Proactive approach and initiative in managing proposal processes.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and environments.
- Experience in social media content creation and design is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
