Under the responsibility of the ERP Project Manager, the Change Analyst is responsible for implementing change initiatives such as new product introduction through lifecycle & variants management. Evaluate, analyze and execute the change to ensure the business operations success. Among the essential functions of the position are, implementing and supporting daily operational and strategic activities in Dynamics 365 (D365) with multiple business units. The Change Analyst is also compiling and analyzing data for review, active research, post-implementation comments and other activities necessary to ensure product uniformity and policies are maintained.

**Among other things, the tasks consist of**:

- Single point of contact for the Product Creation through variants management model;
- Product lifecycle phase management;
- Product data management;
- Product standardization across all business units;
- General product management support in all D365 modules;
- Product Workflows management;
- Support Roles & Security definition related to product management;
- Reporting and dashboarding;
- Documentation Control;
- Become a Super User for master data in D365 and support future phases of implementation as needed;
- ERP Management Center of Excellence team member.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role. Relevant experience will be considered;
- Strong communication (oral & written) in French and English;
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and strong work ethics;
- Ability to build solid relationships with various departments;
- Detail oriented & organized;
- Experience with ERP systems Microsoft D365, an asset;
- Product Variants Management experience;
- Business Analysis and Process Management skills;
- 20% Travel (US and Canada).
