**What you will be responsible for**:
Provide guidance and support to interviewers to ensure a structured and effective interview process.
Recruitment Strategy
Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communication for vacant positions.
Compliance and Diversity
Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Market Research & Data Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

**What we need from you**:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably 2+ years.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices, tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus.
