**Your days will include**:

- Developing and maintaining solid relationships with the Commodity Brokers, Suppliers, drivers, mill managers, fleet maintenance, driver services and other divisional management teams.
- Reviewing and supporting the administration process, between the admin team, accounting, payroll, customers and vendors.
- Monthly KPI Reporting for the HyLife Grain, Feed and LPR Divisions
- Assisting the Sr. Manager of Bulk Grain & Feed Logistics with yearly budgets & COP analysis

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Inventory Management & Operations Management
- Management of team larger than 10 employees
- Background in Trucking or Logistics
- 5-10 years’ experience in transportation & Logistics
- 5-10 years’ experience in Bulk Supply Chain
- A solid understanding of logistics and planning concepts
- Highly motivated, organized and able to multitask under pressure to meet timelines as dictated in our industry
- Be a strong team player with a polite professional demeanor
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Have a sincere desire to continually seek to improve existing processes
- Flexible schedule
- Logistics and/or Management Diploma
