**Title**: Logistics Manager Bausch + Lomb Canada

**Reports To**: Director Distribution Bausch + Lomb Canada

Roles and Responsibilities

Asist with monitoring 3PL performance in our Bausch + Lomb facility ensuring business needs are being met

Highlight areas or opportunities within our business practices where synergies can be implemented and use best practices to achieve cost savings

Manage and track all inbound freight for finished goods for the various businesses of Bausch + Lomb and assist with reducing costs where possible.

Work cross functional with Quality and business partners to ensure compliance with Health Canada Regulations

Ensure timely execution and effectiveness of business project plans and initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain and develop effective and professional communication with internal and external customers, directly and through associates.

Working cross functional with all Bausch + Lomb businesses and ensure alignment on physical inventory counts and processes

Actively participating in stock counts where critical items are identified and especially during annual physical inventory counts

Assist in Process improvements for tracking and reporting on carrier performance

Develop and implement reports and statistics to support the business targets for Logistics.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics Manager / Distribution role

Knowledge of GMP requirements for Logistics and Distribution

Must have strong knowledge in Excel

SAP ERP / EWM experience preferred

Excellent communication skills.

Forward thinking and ability to drive results.
