Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional guest services. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest services, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Pay: $49,166.16-$61,361.93 per year
