**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of lodge services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Handle phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold front desk operations by managing inventory of supplies and maintaining cleanliness in the front desk area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing guest records.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is an advantage but not essentail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
