- Advanced data collection, mining, cleanup, and analysis of healthcare and population data.
- Maintain an existing database of medical and pharmaceutical information, gaining relevant industry expertise.
- Scope, execute and deliver custom projects for clients which includes statistical modeling and analytics.
- Represent the DA team and take lead on analytics on interdepartmental projects, with support from the rest of the team.
- Scope, map out and document processes for new and recurring data analysis work.
- Conduct quality assurance and code review on data analysis work completed by DA team members.
- Actively contribute to yearly audits into sources for CL data and assess validity of current sources making recommendations about changes.
- Build key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis.
- Use statistical and analytical knowledge to improve the quality of client deliverables.
- Work with Sales, Research, Product & Software Development Teams to improve the utility of the information stored within our database.
- Collaborate with other teams to set standards for work processes within the company.
- Communicate narratives with data to many audiences, ranging from product managers to technical leads.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or similar.
- 2+ Years' experience in similar roles.
- At least 2 years experience using R for data processing and analysis.
- Expert English language skills (both written and verbal). A significant part of the job requires reading, understanding, and creating sophisticated documents.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus.
- Experience with BI platforms an asset
- Experience with population statistics or related fields is an asset.
- Familiarity with US pharmacy and medical claims data is an asset
- US Healthcare knowledge is an asset.
