About the Role We’re seeking a Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and technology. You’ll help us make smarter, faster decisions across the company — from optimizing marketing performance and customer journeys to improving product efficiency and operational workflows. What You’ll Do Analytics & Insights Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and feature engineering using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across business areas. Support marketing, sales, and product teams by analyzing CRM data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize conversion, retention, and ROI. Build predictive and diagnostic models to guide decision-making and improve key business outcomes. Ensure high data quality through reliable ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance practices, and workflow automation. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling stories that inspire strategic decisions. Partner with business, marketing, product, and operations teams to turn insights into actionable outcomes. Work closely with cross‑functional leaders to define analytics goals aligned with company priorities. Contribute to improving data infrastructure, automation, and accessibility across teams. Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, context, and consistency in all data deliverables. What We’re Looking For Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist. Technical Skills Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries). Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow automation. Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts. Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for visualization and storytelling. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration. Nice to Have Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst , ideally with exposure to marketing and CRM systems . Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing platforms and their data structures. Understanding of marketing and growth metrics (conversion rates, attribution, retention, etc.) is a plus. Soft Skills Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
