About the Role

As a **Junior Data Analyst**, you will assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that support our research projects. You will work closely with senior analysts and scientists to analyze research data and contribute to data-driven decision-making across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- **Data Collection & Analysis**: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets for research projects.
- **Data Visualization**: Create visualizations and reports that present data insights in an accessible format.
- **Reporting**: Prepare data reports, summarize findings, and contribute to research presentations.
- **Data Management**: Maintain data systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- **Collaboration**: Work with senior analysts and research teams to support ongoing projects and data needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within biotech, healthcare, or research industries.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical software (R, SPSS, Python) is preferred.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a research environment.

Pay: $27.15 per hour
