**Contractor Sales Representative - Pembina Branch**

This customer relationship management position is responsible for Lumber and Building Material sales to our Contractor and Retail Customer base servicing both the commercial and home builder market. A close working relationship with all departments both in your location and company wide is essential. This position will be scheduled Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate sales and estimates to customers
- Have an understanding and be able to read blue prints or plans for residential and commercial projects
- Provide knowledgeable advice, service and overall account management
- Actively call on sales leads and opportunities
- Follow up on estimates provided to customers
- Ensure special order products are ordered in a timely manner with correct ordering procedures
- Stays current with internal and external factors impacting business and industry
- Communicates with other staff members the appropriate resources required to ensure an adequate supply of merchandise is in stock

We are looking for individuals who have great organizational and time management skills, works well independently and in a team environment. Previous related experience would be an asset.
