We are seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for a hands‑on analyst who enjoys working close to operations, building financial models, and delivering insights that directly impact performance. What You’ll Do Support monthly forecasting activities, including revenue, margins, overhead, EBITDA, and cash flow Assist with the annual budgeting process through detailed financial modelling and consolidation Analyze monthly financial results and prepare management and board‑level reporting Develop project‑level profitability analysis and performance dashboards Track KPIs including labor productivity, margin performance, backlog, pipeline, working capital, and cash conversion Partner with project managers on job costing, change orders, margin analysis, and revenue recognition Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and scenario planning Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and financial controls What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA (or in progress) preferred 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role Experience in construction, engineering, or project‑based environments strongly preferred Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills required; Power BI or similar BI tools an asset Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and project costing Experience with Adaptive and Viewpoint considered an asset Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed environment Strong communication skills and ability to partner with operational and senior stakeholders Why Join FerPal High‑impact analytical role with exposure to senior leadership and board reporting Opportunity to develop FP&A expertise in a growing, PE‑backed organization Close partnership with operations and project teams Competitive compensation and benefits, including a performance bonus 👉 Interested?
