We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quoting and Estimator Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the cost of new construction projects and renovations. You will collaborate closely with contractors, and clients to provide comprehensive quotes and estimates that meet both budgetary and quality standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Evaluation: Evaluate project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses involved in construction projects.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial constraints.
- Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all quotes, estimates, and project-related correspondence for future reference and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new construction technologies to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in both new builds and renovation projects.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
