Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team on a contract basis. This position is required on a need basis.

As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of insulation construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. This is a crucial role in our organization, as your estimates will directly impact project budgets and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required - Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Present estimates and proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Track project costs and provide ongoing analysis to ensure projects stay within budget
- Experience:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial or new residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and pricing analysis - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
