We're looking for a creative, motivated, and energetic professional to join our Team
**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Provide Front Desk/Reception services, including attending to incoming calls and directing office visitors, as well as front-line Customer support
- Provide administrative support for Sales, Marketing & Service Departments
- Prepare Service Orders for Service Department review and dispatch
- Prepare quotes for Sales Department review and submission
**Skills and Specifications**
- Outstanding proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Exceptional follow-up, organization, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain productivity and accuracy
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
