Reporting to the Director, eCommerce, the eCommerce Sales Consultant will assist our online customers to ensure they have the necessary information to make the best decisions for their plumbing and lighting needs.

**What you will do**:

- Promote fit-for-purpose product solutions and help customers make buying decisions
- Maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales and customer requests
- Process, fulfil and triage orders, ensuring products are delivered to customers on time
- Provide post-order support enquiries such as status, back-order inquiries, returns and refunds
- Update website content including static and dynamic pages
- Update, enrich and test product data and images to make products appealing to the customers

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail with an understanding of qualifying the customer
- Excellent product knowledge in plumbing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with willingness to help support others
- Familiarity with online shopping (i.e. have researched and purchased products online)
- Ability to compare and contrast products and present alternatives
- Good understanding of industry trends and an appreciation to how technology is changing the way companies conduct business
- Experience with CRM is an asset
- The ability to read and understand design drawings is preferred
- The ability to speak more than one language is a definite asset
