**The Opportunity**:
**Scope of the Position**

Refrigerative Supply Limited’s eCommerce Administrator will be the primary point of contact between RSL and our online customers while providing ongoing administrative support to the eCommerce team. Primary responsibilities include managing new online account setups, reviewing and monitoring online orders, issuing refunds and responding to general customer inquiries to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and coordinate directly with the Ecommerce Manager to facilitate the collection, organization and enrichment of product SKU’s for upload onto website and help test and troubleshoot the website.
- Reliably open and close our digital cash drawer every day. Balance daily online purchases against the cash drawer report and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
- Support the eCommerce team with the implementation and integration of a PIM solution and the migration of product data into the PIM.
- Oversee and validate all requests for new and existing online account setups.
- Managing monthly customer mailing list by Mail Merge and Constant Contact.
- Create transfer for estore orders to ensure timely delivery within expected time frame.
- Monitor status of open orders/backorders and resolving with sales or customer accordingly.
- Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) and access Moneris portal to issue refunds for online credit card purchases.
- Manage Google My Business account including responding to customer reviews, creating relevant posts, updating special hours, adding photos, tags, and other relevant content.
- Analyze and monitor internal processes to recommend procedural changes with an eye towards continuous improvement, where applicable.
- Working with Marketing and Sales to maintain general content on company website using CMS console including branch hours, instructional video libraries, industry job postings etc.
- Conducting instructional webinars with customers outlining new and existing features of the website
- Working with Sales and Purchasing to import product cross-sells and complimentary accessories to existing eCommerce products.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A minimum 1-year demonstrated experience in a similar role in eCommerce or marketing and/or with wholesale distribution or HVAC/R industry experience.
- Content Management System (CMS) experience preferred.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, team working, and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability being resourceful, independent, and finding creative solutions to challenging situations.
- Ability to understand technology as it relates to the business.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in eCommerce and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Prophet 21 (P21) experience is an asset.
- Professional business acumen.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
- HTML programming language experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
