This position contributes to the overall organization by maintaining, inspecting, and repairing **Hall’s Group of **Company's** fleet of heavy-duty/support equipment. This role primarily interacts with the maintenance team with the goal of maintaining machine health and machine availability.

**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Repair, maintain, and inspect equipment.
- Document all repairs completed through work order service reports and timecards, ensuring accurate coding is maintained.
- Triage and manage breakdowns to align with operational needs.
- Working with the Equipment Foreman to track and ensure all equipment is being serviced on time..
- Communicate and work closely with all members of the maintenance team.
- Attend product and safety training courses when required.
- Adhere to All Hall Constructors policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the Hall Equipment division safety policies and procedures to include
- Daily PSA completions, Machine lockout procedures, Live machine testing, and wearing of correct PPE.
- Mentor apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanics
- Contribute to the overall success of the maintenance team

**Note**: This position has to potential to grow into a shop foreman position

**You bring the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Years of Experience**: 5+ years
- **Education**: Journeyman Heavy Equipment - Red Seal

**Technical Skills**:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex engine, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems accurately.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and within the required competence range
- Understand and follow the Hall Constructors maintenance/repair processes
- Operate repair tooling safely and correctly
- Proficiencies in hydraulic and electrical schematic understanding and accurate parts lookup (Programs)
