Pinchin is recruiting for a Accounts Payable Co-ordinator to join the Finance & Administration department in Canada. We are looking for a highly organized individual to join the Finance & Administration team on a full-time basis. This position can be based out of either of the location on a remote basis.
**A Day in the life of an **Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator **at Pinchin**
- Build relationships with customer contacts and makes collection calls.
- Prepare statement of accounts for aging balances
- Monitor overdue accounts and handle client requests in a timely manner
- Posts customer payments, recording cash, checks and credit card transactions
- Assist in accounting and finance projects as assigned
- Hours 37.5/week - 8:30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday, extended hours required at month and year ends
**What you bring to the Pinchin team**:
- Attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication skills, and a hands-on proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team - team player
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to think in a strategic and innovative manner
- Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred
- Enrolment or achievement of the CCP (certified credit professional) designation
- Strong technical base in Accounting with operational experience in a senior collections role
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
