**Role Purpose**:
Operate six Universal Testing Machines (Zwicks) driven by software to test various foam properties per various Customer Specifications (tensile strength, tear strength, flexural, adhesion test, clip pull out, wire pull out, 3 point bent, 4 point bent, puncture test, elevated temperature tensile strength and CFD, etc) and provide accurate results. Perform flammability testing per various specifications. Perform other tests / tasks in the lab as needed. Safety and Housekeeping in the working cell.

**Major Responsibilities and Activities**
- Perform daily quality checks on all machines prior to testing and inputing the data on Minitab Software.
- Set up test environment on Universal Testing Machines (Zwick) according with the test number provided by the lab request (industry standards)
- Review results from Universal testing Machines (Zwick) / Flammability to ensure their accuracy and that test results conform with requirement based on lab request provided with the sample.
- Participate in GR&R / Round Robin studies, Interlaboratory Studies, Proficiency Testing
- Maintain housekeeping in the working cell

**Minimum Qualifications, Formal Education, Certification or Equivalent**
- High school

**Working Experience**
- Person with experience in a structural organized position / job
- Experience working in a laboratory environment would be an asset.
