The Investor Communication Representative plays a crucial role within the organization and is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with current and potential investors. This role acts as a liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring that communication is clear, timely, and accurate. The primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service to investors and foster trust and confidence in the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors
- Provide updates on the company's investment opportunities to investors
- Address investor concerns, questions, and complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or management
- Prepare and disseminate regular updates and announcements to investors, ensuring the information is clear, concise, and compliant with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create investor-focused materials such as presentations, reports, and newsletters
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, webinars, and other events
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for investor conferences, annual general meetings, and roadshows
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communication and disclosure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting investor communication
- Update and maintain investor databases with accurate contact information and communication preferences
- Track and report investor engagement and feedback to management
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support fundraising efforts and attract new investors
- Provide support and collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal, and executive leadership, to facilitate investor-related matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in investor relations or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of investment products and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with investors
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in using investor communication platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with securities regulations and compliance procedures is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

This is a contract position with potential to extend/become permanent full-time.
