Safety Representative, Canadian Parts, Supply and Logistics (PS&L) Network As a part of our Canadian Parts, Supply and Logistics (PS&L) organization and the broader Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), the successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders to deliver an always‑on approach focused on advancing our safety culture. Location: Paris, ON with domestic travel to Casselman, ON (near Ottawa) and Leduc, AB. Key Responsibilities: Build quality working relationships with operations partners, HR, medical, security functions, and other business partners to jointly deliver Ford +/Safety objectives. Coach and consult operations partners on administration of Safety policies, programs and Collective Agreement aspects. Communicate and coordinate company safety programs. Develop and publish reports and data to support activities linked to collective agreement administration, company health and safety programs and plans. Consult and advise on and non‑technical safety matters, applying provincial safety legislation and corporate safety standards. Lead and participate in safety investigations, analyze incidents, report trends to senior Health and Safety leaders and regulatory compliance. Provide oversight of health and safety training, orientation programs, inspections, audits and risk evaluations. Liaise with statutory authorities (MOL, WSIB, OHS Representatives, policing organizations) to prepare required reports. Actively participate in JH&SC and ergonomics related activities. Support medical, return‑to‑work functions and security programs/activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. 1+ years Health and Safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Preferred: Health and Safety Professional certification. 3+ years Health and Safety experience in industrial or manufacturing setting. Experience working with unions. Benefits and Compensation: The expected annual salary range is $80,000 – $130,000 and eligible for an Annual Compensation bonus program.
