**Responsibilities**:
1. **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, requirements, and goals.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the planning process or on the event day.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to showcase event spaces and discuss possibilities.

3. **Vendor Coordination**:

- Source and manage relationships with vendors, such as catering services, florists, photographers, and entertainment providers.
- Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and ensure that vendors meet event requirements and quality standards.

4. **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Track expenses, provide regular budget updates, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

5. **Marketing and Promotion**:
**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator, with a portfolio of successful events.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of co-working spaces or shared office concepts is a plus.
