**You as a Project Coordinator, Design Build will**:

- Support in managing the flow of multiple proposals from beginning to the end for the RFP and RFQ process
- Analyze the bid requirements and compliance against the proposal outline
- Coordinating drawings, narratives and visual presentations for the design presentation meetings
- Support the preparation of project deliverables including tracking of RFI’s transmitting and tracking of submittals and composing agreements
- Liaise directly with the design team, the consultant team, the trade contractors and other members of the project team on a regular basis

- You have working knowledge of design coordination amongst multiple disciplines, including typical standards, practices and procedures
