Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention through programs such as recognition, rewards, and wellness activities.- Assist in talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as culture assessments, change management, and team effectiveness projects.- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.- Work collaboratively with HR team members and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and foster effective communication within the organization.- Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding campaigns, or HR technology implementations.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong interest in HR management, strategic planning, and organizational development.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in Google suite is preferred- Prior internship or work experience in HR management or related fields is preferred but not required.- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
