**Position Overview**:
As a member of the People and Culture team, you will be an integral part of the decision-making process in the implementation and deployment of innovative practices. In order to bring projects to fruition, the mandate is spread out over an initial period of 4 months, with a possible involvement of 6 to 8 months.

You will have the opportunity to develop a close relationship with the team members in the implementation of processes and the improvement of programs, while managing day to day occurrences in the People & Culture team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Improving talent attraction, integration, and retention practices;
- Researching and analyzing information to inform strategic decision-making;
- Creating exciting presentations that highlight the progress of our initiatives and the impact we are having in achieving corporate goals;
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process;
- Actively contributing to team meetings;
- Any other projects you think will be beneficial to a growing organization

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Academic background: Bachelor's degree or College diploma in human resources or another related field;
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Autonomy and ability to work methodically and independently;
- Good judgment and discretion;
- Flexibility and agility;
- Responsiveness, as we are a fast-paced organization;
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel & Power Point
- Experienced using HRIS systems is an asset;
- Ability to communicate in French (not necessary but is an asset);
- The desire to be actively involved in the success of the team and the company.
