People and Culture Intern: 4 months – January 5 – May 1st

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto

We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our busy, high-performing People & Culture (P&C) team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience across a variety of P&C functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to projects that make a real difference to our overall people and culture structure.

What you'll do:

Assist with day-to-day P&C administration and coordination of tasks.

Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.

Contribute to onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Help organize employee engagement events and initiatives.

Maintain and update P&C records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Participate in P&C projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience.

What you Bring:

Currently pursuing a diploma, degree or post grad degree in Human Resources.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of AI would be an asset.
