**Are you a renowned sales-focused champion with a passion for uncovering new customers?** We’re looking for a motivated, focused and growth driven _**Sales Development Representative**_ to generate leads, be the first point of contact for inbound business, and masterfully uncover new potential customers.
**What You’ll Do**
- Research emerging opportunities within the commercial signage market to build a robust lead pipeline for all sales roles.
- Manage all aspects of inbound sales opportunities up to $15,000.
- Engage potential clients who require design-focused signage solutions by understanding their branding and aesthetic needs.
- Monitor account performance, schedule regular check-ins, and act as a liaison between the clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead activities using CRM software.
- Provide regular updates and forecasting reports to sales leadership to track lead conversion metrics and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies tailored to the commercial signage space.
- Participate in regular training and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company objectives.

**What You Bring (and if you don’t have it all - take the chance and still apply)**
- 2+ years in sales development, lead generation, or customer service, preferably within a creative industry environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales initiatives simultaneously, including new business leads and existing account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Proficient in CRM systems is an asset
