**Role Description**

Graphite is a digital marketing agency that builds scalable growth engines for consumer technology companies such as Ticketmaster, MasterClass, BetterUp, and Honey. We specialize in search engine optimization (SEO), content strategy, mobile app growth, and conversion optimization. We’re looking for a team player who is intrinsically motivated, creative, whip-smart, talented, open to feedback, and proactive. A sense of humor is a plus

**This is a fully remote position.**

**What you’ll do**
- Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment
- Meet monthly deliverable deadlines
- Edit up to 150 articles on a variety of topics to ensure grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development create compelling and interesting content
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations.
- Manage 4-5 writers as they each craft 15-30 articles per month
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth

**What you’ll need** (This should always remain the same, in Bold)
- 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting
- Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
