**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the emarketplaces sector, we are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Polygon.

**What will your main responsibilities look like?**

In this role, you will be led to:

- Build a network of customers by calling assigned leads to reach a maximum number of potential customers;
- Execute sales and retention campaigns as per business objectives and offer long-term solutions to retain clients;
- Build member loyalty by providing recommendations, alternatives, and value-added services;
- Manage a mostly English-speaking market;
- Handle incoming, outgoing calls;
- Provide complete understanding of Polygon products and services;
- Perform analysis of current customer profiles and recommend upgrades to increase ARPA;
- Provide recommendations on possible improvements to products and services;
- Coordinate with internal operational groups to resolve member issues;
- Ensure that customer support issues are resolved in a timely fashion and are followed up upon.

**What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?**

You will need to:

- Your good knowledge of MS Office;
- Your passion for sales and customer service;
- Your very strong communication skills, oral and written;
- Your excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada (and elsewhere if applicable);
- Your strong understanding of Internet and e-commerce environments;
- Your performance and results orientation;
- Your experience in customer service;
- Your experience working in a sales environment (at least 2 years);
- Your college diploma or equivalent work experience.

- An experience in the Gem & Jewelry Industry;
- An experience in IT/Software-related products;
- An experience in customer service within a B2B environment.
