You will provide comprehensive solutions tailored to each client in order to increase revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and the profitability of each project.Reports to Vice-President of SalesApply OnlineThe principal duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative include but are not limited to:Target and solicit new audiencesPromote products and servicesDescribe the benefits and various uses of goods or servicesProvide an overview of product and service pricesDescribe the credit or contract conditions, guarantees, and delivery datesLearn about product innovations, competition, and market conditionsManage large volumes of incoming callsGenerate leadsIdentify and evaluate customer needs to achieve customer satisfactionBuild lasting relationships and trust accounts receivable through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/toolsMeet customer service team sales targetsAssist with accounts receivable and invoicingHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and workarounds within prescribed timeframes; track client interaction recordsFollow communication procedures, directives, and policiesShare expertise with colleagues, provide advice, and participate in training and onboarding new staffComplete any other work tasks as requested by the VP Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
