**In this role, you will**:
Be digitizing, indexing, uploading, and linking First Level OQE Records
Assist with Quality Assurance Live File requests for Repair &Overhaul and disposal activities
Manage the hard and digital versions for the west coast submarine Live Files and Quality Document Holding Files
Assist with other Configuration/Materiel Certification tasks as required
Assist QA Live File Custodians and Job Folder Reviewers
Support Internal and External Audit activities
Support Internal and Customer requests for retrieval of Objective Quality Evidence

Minimum 4 years' experience, possess either a Diploma of Technology, Certificate of Technology, or equivalent experience
Technical documentation experience, particularly with Department of National Defence (DND) materiel and goods (CGCS), or equivalent
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Adobe Pro)
Ability to work under mínimal supervision and can readily shift priorities in a complex environment
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Keen attention to detail
You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
