**Quality Assurance Clerk**:
The Quality Assurance Clerk provides a variety of administrative and technical office systems support functions to the Quality Assurance Department. The Quality Assurance Clerk will report directly to the Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) or delegate and provides single point of contact for projects (as advised by the Manager QA). This includes communications with customer representatives.

**Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at Victoria Shipyards at 825 Admirals Road Victoria, B.C.**

**What you’ll do**
- Project database management (e.g., SharePoint data entry and file uploading).
- Maintains material certification records in certification management software (e.g., Metal Trace)
- Maintains and retrieves multiple electronic documents from various sources for distribution and hardcopy/softcopy filing/ retention
- Prepares accurate reports following established procedures
- Handles, updates, and maintains files on the Seaspan Intranet and network (e.g., project documentation, Customer Surveys, etc.)
- Maintains Quality Assurance archives for all project and QA documentation
- Provides input relative to changes within the QA department.
- Assists QA representatives when required.
- Other duties as required.

**What you’ll bring**
- Diploma or equivalent in Office Administration
- 2-3 years office experience
