We are the North American division of world-renown Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), an industry leader in laboratory instruments and accessories for analytical testing/research. We are looking for a Field Service Specialist to join our Service team in the Montreal, Quebec area.

**Do you enjoy solving customer problems? Do you excel at troubleshooting scientific instruments?**

On-site service may include simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, validation, refresher training and more.

**Ideal Experience and Education**:
BSc in Chemistry (or closely related degree). 2 years of chemical laboratory analysis and hands-on repair experience with scientific equipment. cGMP experience is a plus.

**Additional requirements**:
Valid driver’s license, stable credit history and successful drug screening. Regional travel requirement will be assigned by manager.
