We are the Canadian division of world-renowned Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), an industry leader in laboratory instruments and accessories for analytical testing/research. We are looking for a Field Service Specialist to join our Service team. This scientifically oriented position is your chance to be a part of a dynamic team and make an immediate impact

The majority of the on-site services will include installations, method development, validation, and training, in addition, may also include simple-to-complex repairs, preventive maintenance, certification, and more.

**Ideal Experience and Education**:
BSc in Chemistry (or closely related degree). 4 years of chemical laboratory analysis/experience with scientific equipment and methodology. cGMP and IQOQ experience are an asset.

**Additional requirements**:
Valid driver’s license, stable credit history and successful drug screening. Regional travel requirement will be assigned by manager. Proficiency to communicate in French is highly preferred.
