**Overview**
The Assistant Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position is designed for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong leadership skills. The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Support staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Identify areas for improvement within operations and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align operational goals with company objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an operations or managerial role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week
