**An Admissions Registrar**

Centre of English Studies (CES) is a privately-owned group of English as an Additional Language (EAL) schools, founded in Dublin, Ireland in 1979. There are currently eight CES locations: one in Ireland, 5 in the UK, and two in Canada: Toronto and Vancouver.

Job duties will include:

- Process registrations + invoices CES Toronto
- Special focus on individual sales, CES Toronto
- Communication with agents
- In-house Toronto extensions / sales
- Coordinate trial lessons
- Liaise with accommodation providers
- Coordinate airport pick up and airport drop off for individuals
- Work closely with President NA to boost sales
- Direct report to Head Registrar
- Assist with intake / orientation
- Front of House duties (incl. but not limited to)
- Answer phones
- Meet and Greet Students and guests
- Assist student support
- Assist student experience inquiries / bookings
- Assist with credit card and cash payments as required
- Assist CES Exams as required

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education in hospitality or office administration
- MS Office certification
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Positive, outgoing, open-minded, enthusiastic attitude
- Customer service-oriented approach

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
