**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Reach out to existing clients to explore opportunities for additional business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment notes within the Transportation Management System (TMS)

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to negotiate effectively with clients and carriers
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word; willing to learn internal TMS software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field or two years of related work experience
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset)
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers
