**Technical Project Manager**

**UFA, Inc.**

**Location: Cornwall, ON**

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine and define project scope, requirements, and objectives
- Manage the project lifecycle from Proposal Development to Project Delivery
- Serve as the single point of contact between UFA and the customer(s) for Project decisions
- Collaborate with distributed UFA and Customer project teams, both domestic and international
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including resource needs
- Report on project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and communicate expected deliverables in support of logistics for domestic and international deliveries
- Measure project performance to identify opportunities of improvement
- Utilize Project Management tools to allow for industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management or related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of technical Project Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience practicing Agile development methodology
- Agile and/or Scrum Certification with Scrum Master experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Domestic and International travel may be required
- Background check will be required

**Preferred**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
