Job Overview:
The Security Team Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and logístical support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the Security Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage team communications and assist with document organization and paperwork
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Schedule and coordinate inspection visits with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the daily inspection, charging, and maintenance of Aware360 devices
- Track and manage inventory or supplies related to security operations
- Perform other administrative or operational support duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must meet the Canada Summer Jobs eligibility criteria.
- Education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Security Management is an asset.
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
