**About the Role**:
As a Channel Partners Manager, you will drive our growth by cultivating and managing strategic channel partnerships. You will ensure the success of our partners through proactive sales and technology enablement while aligning them with our company objectives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand, building long-term partnerships, and driving lead generation and ROI.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with their goals and ours.
- Provide sales and technology enablement to partners to enhance their performance.
- Generate leads and collaborate with partners to convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Define and adjust lead generation performance metrics to meet company OKRs and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and optimize creative budgets and ad spend for maximum efficiency.
- Deliver analytical insights, regular reports, and key learnings to inform product roadmaps, art direction, and messaging strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Required Work Experience**:
- 5+ years in high-growth B2B startups, preferably SaaS companies.
- Proven experience in channel partner development and enablement.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong understanding of strategic market and product analysis.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to produce engaging content and strategies to drive lead generation.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in enterprise marketing and enhancing brand profiles.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics reporting.
