- A diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent experience/education)
- Membership in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Knowledge of the _Child Care and Early Years Act_ and _How Does Learning Happen?_
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
- A current (within 6 months) clear Vulnerable Sector check
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Knowledge of the Ojibwe language, traditions, and teachings (an asset)
- A professional, positive approach and a passion for high-quality care

**Compensation**:

- Starting at $18.00 hourly (unqualified educators)
- Starting at $20.50 hourly (qualified educators)
- **Plus applicable grants**
